What to Expect
When and where do you meet?
We gather every Sunday at 9:30am at 13 Ruskin St, Byron Bay.
What’s a service like?
Our service usually runs for about an hour. We read the Bible, pray, sing songs together, and hear a message from God's Word, the Bible. Everything is explained clearly, and you're welcome to participate or simply observe — whatever you're most comfortable with.
What should I wear?
No dress code here! Just come as you are.
What about kids?
We love families! We offer a fortnightly kids church program during the service for children aged 5-14. Younger kids are also welcome to join us. Kids stay in the service for the first part and then head out together to the hall where they are taught the Bible. During weeks there is no kids program, there are activity sheets provided that children can complete during the service. We also have toys and books for very little ones who stay in the service.
All of our kids church leaders are trained and have current Working With Children Checks. All of our church leadership team are also required to complete the NSW Presbyterian Church Breaking the Silence safe ministry training.
After the Service
We’d love you to stay for a cup of tea or coffee and some baked goodies after the service. It’s a great opportunity to meet some of our church family, ask any questions, or just have a friendly chat. We also love to pray with people and offer 1-1 prayer for anyone who would like to be prayed for.
